Jacob Omutuuze Said No: Bina Babie Shares Painful Details of Her Infertility Struggles and Rejection by Four Men She Approached for Sperm Donation

Media personality Bina Babie, real name Robinah Mbabazi, has spoken candidly about her difficult journey with infertility and the lengths she went to in hopes of becoming a mother.

In a heartfelt conversation with fellow presenter Doreen Nasasira, Bina Babie revealed that social media pressure and her deep desire for motherhood pushed her to explore several options, including In Vitro Fertilization (IVF).

According to her, she visited a fertility center where she was advised to find a sperm donor and pay UGX 2 million for the medical procedure. Determined to go through with it, she reached out to four men, offering to pay them for the donation but each turned her down for different reasons.

Among those she approached was presenter and politician Jacob Omutuuze, whom she described as a close friend and someone she admired. She admitted that his eyes were what initially drew her attention.

“When I explained my situation, Jacob said he could help, but not through the medical process. He wanted us to be intimate instead,” Bina Babie recounted, adding that he told her she wouldn’t have to pay anything if she agreed to that condition.

The outspoken media figure shared her story to shed light on the silent struggles many women face with infertility, emphasizing how emotionally draining it can be especially when faced with public scrutiny and limited support.
