Joshua Baraka champions global recognition for Uganda’s music scene

Baraka’s passion for representing his country is fueled by his appreciation for the country’s breathtaking landscapes and warm-hearted people. Despite the incredible talent that exists within Uganda’s music industry, he believes that the country is yet to receive the recognition it deserves on the international stage.He acknowledges that there are many artists in Uganda who are far more talented than he is, and he sees it as his responsibility to change that perception.His dedication to representing the country goes beyond just words as he is committed to investing both his time and money to elevate Ugandan music on the global platform.
